Sammie Mcfarland is a Wellbeing Coach & Entrepreneur.

Helen graduated from Edinburgh University in 2006 with a MA(Hons) in business and has since worked in Edinburgh, London and Melbourne.

Jen is responsible for overseeing all of the charity's operations and marketing, working closely with a team of dedicated volunteers.

Kirsty has been an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years, after training at St. Loyes School of Occupational Therapy in Exeter.

Sharrie qualified as a teacher in 2004 and has also worked as a childminder and nursery nurse.

Sue has been an Educational Psychologist for 17 years after completing her initial training at Southampton University in 2004.

Merel is our LCK Choir leader as well as working as a freelance accompanist, vocal coach and teaching singing and piano.

Jana moved to the UK 30 years ago from Slovakia and now lives in London with her husband, three children and their dog.

Colin blew in to Northern Ireland in 1999, before marrying his wife Cathy the following year. He is passionate about helping those who need a hand.

Kate's daughter was formally diagnosed with Long Covid in December 2021.

Larisa lives in Gisborne, New Zealand with her husband and three teenagers. Larisa and her three children are living with Long Covid.
