Nicky’s career started in Law before moving into the world of Executive Search. A recruitment industry expert, her career covers all areas of recruitment. Most recently, she is an Advisor and Director to a recruitment start-up, Auxeris.
Nicky is also a trained nurse and helped to run The Adelaide Group, a Women in Business group and assisted in a voluntary capacity for Women of the Year Lunch and Assembly, raising money for NCH Action for Children. She is an advocate of gender and neurodiversity, a healthy work/life balance, sits on the governing body of one of the UK’s biggest special needs schools and is an artist and photographer.
Nicky has a daughter who is currently battling Long Covid.
Fun facts: Nicky has flown a plane and was a Marshall at Silverstone for the British F1 GP.
